In this space we will meet once a week for an hour online via zoom on Sunday Evenings (8pm-9pm AEST). What we do in this time is extremely flexible and everything is invitational i.e if you would like to simply show up and sit back in the space you are most welcome to do that. What will be available is:
Short card readings for all attendees
Meditation (20 minutes - to full hour depending on what is decided by the group)
A basic evening set up will be the first 30 minutes pulling cards and connecting with the remainder of the evening being dedicated to mediating (both guided and free).
Sessions will be capped at 10 souls so that everyone has an opportunity to have cards read.
Sessions will run every Wednesday evening, with one week break on the 07/08
FAQS I've never meditated before/only meditated a few times, can I still join?
Definitely! We have a mixture of 'free' (music or quiet) and guided (me speaking through a script and helping you to stay anchored to the practice) meditations
I'm very experienced in meditating, is this class for me?
If you enjoy the group atmosphere and being guided at times in your meditative state then this space is definitely for you.
Is there any gender exclusions for this class?
No! Presently only womxn have regularly attended my classes but I want mental health tools like meditation to be accessible to anyone who wants to join. However, if you are uncomfortable with sharing space with others of all backgrounds and identifications then I would suggest finding a different class to attend.
Do I need to own a yoga mat, crystals or cards to join?
Absolutely not! All you need to bring to this class is yourself. You are welcome to set up your space in anyway that makes you feel comfortable.
Do I need to have my video/microphone on for class?
No, I want you to be as comfortable as possible. Though this is a group session your personal needs and boundaries are still important.
